On January 12th, 2017 a UAC subsidiary PJSC “Beriev” delivered the first production amphibian Be-200ES to the EMERCOM of Russia. The aircraft named after the renowned naval pilot, the Hero of the Soviet Union, Alexander Razgonin, successfully passed the program of pre-delivery and acceptance tests, including takeoffs and landings on the Black sea, as well as water scooping and dropping.
The certificate for foreign military equipment sales was issued by the Federal Service on Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation. This allows UAC to directly render services of aftersales support and repair of all previously supplied Sukhoi, MiG, Ilyushin, Yakovlev and Tupolev aircraft.
According to the strategic goals of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), by 2035 the share of civil products in its revenues should reach 45%, more than doubling from its current level of 20%. In total, UAC’s share of the total world’s civil aircraft market should also reach 4.5% by 2025 from the current level of less than 1%.
