Civil aircraft

Ilyushin Il-96-300 is a wide-body long-haul passenger aircraft. Its aerodynamic configuration and systems use design solutions that ensure a high level of safety and efficiency of the aircraft in operation. Il-96-300 meets the international environmental requirements and can be operated in any region of the world. The aircraft is approved for flights at high-altitude airfields, is capable of landing according to ICAO category IIIA and IIIB.
Ilyushin Il-96-400. The Il-96-400M wide-body long-haul passenger aircraft is created on the basis of the serial Il-96 aircraft, in order to further improve this aircraft type and expand its transport capabilities by stretching the fuselage and installing more powerful engines.
Il-96-300 first took off on 28 September, 1988.
Type Certificate No.ST233-Tu-204-120SE/D10 was issued in December 1992.
Carriage of passengers began in July 1993.
