Sale of non-core assets

To raise additional financing for core activities and to reduce costs, the Corporation is implementing a long-term policy for the sale of non-core assets. Pursuant to RF Presidential Decree No. 596 dated May 9, 2012 “On Long-Term National Economic Policy,” the Corporation’s Board of Directors approved the Program for sale of the non-core assets of JSC UAC and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

This section contains information about the assets to be sold by PJSC UAC Group companies. Each of the assets may be purchased both by individuals and by corporations.
