Shares of JSC "UAC" are included in innovation and investment market of Moscow Exchange

Moscow, April 17, 2014 – Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation" (MOEX: UNAC), announces that Closed joint-stock company “MICEX Stock Exchange” included ordinary shares of JSC "UAC” (ISIN: RU000A0JPLZ7) in Innovation and Investment Market (IIM) - platform of Moscow Exchange for attracting investment in the innovation sector of the Russian economy.

Moscow, April 17, 2014 – Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation" (MOEX: UNAC), announces that Closed joint-stock company “MICEX Stock Exchange” included ordinary shares of JSC "UAC” (ISIN: RU000A0JPLZ7) in Innovation and Investment Market (IIM) - platform of Moscow Exchange for attracting investment in the innovation sector of the Russian economy.

Inclusion in IIM allows JSC "UAC"’s equity investors to use state support measures: 0% income tax rate for legal entities and 0% personal income tax on income for individuals on sale of Corporation’s shares which are in ownership over 5 years.

In addition, IIM allows JSC "UAC" to receive comprehensive marketing, information and analytical support from the Moscow Exchange.

Corporation draws attention to the fact that the inclusion of shares in IIM does not affect the quotation list level of Corporation’s securities - ordinary shares of JSC "UAC" continue to be on the quotation list "B" of Closed joint-stock company “MICEX Stock Exchange”.
